Dundonald Links
Part of Loch Lomond Golf Club, this challenging links course was designed by the well know golf course architect Kyle Phillips, and opened in 2003. The course provides a good test for golfers of all abilities, with reasonably generous fairways, an excellent variety of holes and testing putting surfaces. Since opening, the course has grown in stature having played host to professional and amateur tournaments, including the first qualifying stage of the European Tour Q-School on four consecutive years. The course also played host to The Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open in 2015 and the Ladies British Open Amateur Championship the following year. In 2017, Dundonald Links hosted one of the European Tour’s top events, the Aberdeen Asset Management Scottish Open and two weeks later hosted the Aberdeen Asset Management Ladies Scottish Open. The first time the men’s and ladies’ events have been held in the same year on the same course. If you would like to know more about this course, please get in touch.
